Asking my dad about this picture, he told me this was my grandfather Hormidas's wedding with his 3rd wife. My dad Maurice carried the rings with his sister Hortense.

"Sonny" was very close to my family,he was my grandfather "Alcide's cousin. I can remember when I was a little girl at my grandfather "Alcide's" place seeing "Sonny because he was so tale. I could see him sticking over all the others.
My dad Maurice and Sonny we also close, we spent many new years eve together. He and his wife Florance and my parents want on holidays together and I would always hear how much fun they had together.
I remember Sonny and Flo coming to visite me and my husband when we lived in Mississauga. We drove all over the city looking for cream pies at Tim Hortin's.
We miss him a lot. He was a great man.
